From the sea to your first sip. Tarpon Springs Distillery, located in the former Stephen Katzaras Sponge Company, embraces the unique Greek-American coastal heritage of Tarpon Springs, Florida.
Our award-winning spirits are produced from scratch right on our premises. Whether it’s malted grains grown from heritage seeds or gin botanicals lovingly grown in our garden, using the highest quality ingredients to make smooth and flavorful spirits is always our focus.

Enjoy a tour of our distillery and learn how we make ultra-small batch artisanal spirits in our renovated historic sponge warehouse, the former Stephen Katzaras Sponge Company. You’ll see our stills, Amazing Grace and RD2D, hear the story behind their names, and taste our delicious spirits in our tasting room. Tour/tastings are complimentary and they run every half hour, or by appointment.
